Consumer Unhappy over Extra Payment for Holiday
JOHOR BARU: A consumer claims tribunal president reminded consumers to always read documents carefully before signing them to avoid any confusion.

Siti Naaishah Hambali said this in relation to the case brought by Haris Fadzilah Abu Bakar, 39, against Legend Worldwide Holidays Bhd.

Haris claimed that he was approached on Nov 27, 2010, and offered membership which enabled him to get a free stay at any of the company’s three hotels here.
